Dear Dr. Davis,

We are a software development company located near Washington DC, providing technical and computing services to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

The FDA currently has a requirement for high-end statistical analysis, modeling, and application of natural language processing and machine learning. This proposed contract is set-aside exclusively for small business, but has the potential to be a very large and lucrative contract.
