The Office for Equity and Diversity at East Carolina University is conducting a search for an Equal Opportunity and Diversity Data Analyst position, and I am writing to ask for your assistance in referring potential candidates to this job posting.

The Office for Equity and Diversity (OED) at East Carolina University seeks candidates for an Equal Opportunity and Diversity Data Analyst position who meet the following qualifications:  (1) Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in extracting, preparing and analyzing data (all degrees should be from appropriately accredited institutions); (2) experience in research design and statistical analysis; (3) proficiency in statistical software; (4) ability to work collaboratively with institutional partners; and (5) strong oral and written communication skills.
The Analyst will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and disseminating equal employment opportunity (EEO), affirmative action, and diversity metrics analyses and reports.  The Analyst will also be responsible for working collaboratively with ECU assessment and research partners to develop and maintain equity and diversity related dashboards and databases. The Analyst will report to the Associate Provost for Equity and Diversity.
