Dear students,

The Department of Applied Information Technology, specifically Dr. Diana
Wang, is conducting research by offering a survey funded by the Office
of Distance Education (ODE) in order to gain insight into how best to
create a trustworthy online course for students. All current GMU
students are welcomed to participate in the survey.

The survey should take only a few minutes to complete, and you can win
one of the 12 prizes reserved for survey participants. Winners will be
selected by a random drawing. The prizes are:

* $25 Barnes and Noble Gift Card (12 will be awarded)

The data in this study will be confidential. There is no way to identify
you. If you want to be included in the prize drawing, you may enter your
GMU email address and G# on a separate page after completing the survey;
your information will not be linked to your submitted answers. A copy of
the results from the survey will be provided to you upon your request.

If you are interested in taking this survey, please visit the following
website: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/trust_in_elearning and complete
it by March 10, 2013.

If you have any questions about this survey, please direct them to Dr.
Diana Wang, who may be contacted at [log in to unmask] or 703-993-9288.

All the best,
Jammie
