Evaluate and advise on organization structures, methods, and procedures. Analyzes the management information requirements.  Develop, analyze, and evaluate new or modified program management policies, regulations, goals, or objectives; and develops procedures and systems for assessing the effectiveness of programs management processes.  Develop analytical and statistical reports of acquisition data. Analyze existing procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and to identify more efficient and effective methods for accomplishing work. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals and objectives. Represent the organization as an analytical expert, within the agency, and recognize and resolve a variety of complex problems.
