Hello, DAEN students:
Several students have indicated interest in taking in-person GBUS (Business Analytics) electives during Summer 2022 term. The Business department has not historically offered GBUS courses in the summer, but we are working to see if there is enough student interest to start offering them in the summer terms.
If you are a student in the Individualized concentration or the Business Analytics concentration who would like the option to take Business Analytics (GBUS) electives in the Summer semester, please fill out the following survey as soon as possible: https://forms.office.com/r/z71DJx2jtV
Student interest will be the driving force here, so please respond as soon as you're able. It is a very quick survey.
If we are able to offer these courses this summer, they will likely run in the evenings (7:20 pm to 10:00 pm) on the Fairfax campus during the Summer 81 session which runs from May 23 to July 24.<https://registrar.gmu.edu/calendars/summer_2022/> This is subject to change, and nothing is guaranteed, but is the most likely scenario if we are able to make the courses available.
If you have any questions, please email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can next week.
Have a lovely weekend!
Best Regards,
Mary
