Dear Accelerated BS/MS, MS, PhD and Seniors transitioning to MS Program in CEIE:
If you are interested in serving as Graduate Teaching Assistant in CEIE in Spring 2013, please complete the following and return to Ms. Nicole Jerome ([log in to unmask]) by December 3, 2012.
If you have served as a GTA in the past, you must reapply again now. There is no guarantee that you will be awarded a new contract. We have a very limited number of Assistantships and a large number of interested students that includes newly admitted students who will join the program in Fall 2012.

3. Expected date of completion of MS or PhD
4. Semester you wish to serve as GTA
5. Cumulative GPA (specify if GPA is from BS or MS)
6. Are you in the US on a student visa?
7. Do you expect to work off campus? If so how many hours a week?
8. CEIE areas for your degree? (e.g. Environmental, Structures)
9. Have you served as a GTA in the past? If so for which courses and in which semesters?
10. What CEIE courses are you particularly interested in serving; include in your explanation why you are well qualified to teach these courses.
