I read it and found quite useful.
As I wrote in previous emails, it is  a necessity having such a user manual
for  zero beginners like me.
The demos are great but they do not provide a solution to a simulation
problem.
The subjects/classes/method/etc just pop up in the demos and learning all of
them without a systematical way is not easy!.

The way you explain in the document is a good direction.
The second chapter should focus on each topic presented in this version in a
more detailed look.
The example is enough elaborated to show the power of MASON.
You can stick to that example to further discovery of the MASON secrets:)

Plus, assume that the reader is not fully familiar with Java as well.
Thus, feel free to give some advices on using Java in the side bar.
