ECJ's original license was a BSD-ish license which additionally  
stipulated that if you used the software, you had to inform me of it  
and also had to acknowledge its use in any significant publications  
derived from the research.  This was affectionately known as the  
"Help Sean Get Tenure" clause.  Now that tenure has passed, it's time  
to change the license to a less amateur license.  Along the way, I  
changed MASON's license as well (it too was an amateur license).   
AFL's the best quality license in the same category as the ones the  
systems already had.
