an another way (if I'm correctly understanding what you're wanting to do)...
If you want a list of all the 856 tags in a file of records, you could say:
Edit --> Find
=856
and click on "Find All"
This gets you a list of all the existing 856 tags in the file of records.
Then if you click on the small icon that looks like a sheet of paper,
found in the lower left of the results window, this copies the list to
the clipboard and you can then paste the results into an Excel
spreadsheet.
Or, if you click on the small icon that looks like a folder, it allows
you to save the results list to a text file.
