You can export tasks and macros using the Share Settings option. From the main window -- select file/Share Configurations. It will generate a single share file.
One note, when you do the inverse (import settings) -- you will overwrite the existing tasks or macros -- so this is best for sharing with people that don't have a lot of predefined tasks already.

Subject: [MARCEDIT-L] Saving a "Manage Tasks" list as a file
Hi,
I've created a task list that I'd like to share, so I'm wondering is there a way to save a list of tasks as a portable file so that multiple people could have access to it?
thanks,
heidi
