This creates a new set of records. You could load these into OCLC as new records via Connexion or the API. From OCLC's perspective, all records missing a 001 are considered and created as new.

Is there a way to upload a batch of original records to OCLC created by this process? Or is this process only available for uploading records to the ILS?
