Terry,
This will be very helpful. Sorry to hear it required so much code manipulation.
Thanks for all the support you provide!
Tim

Subject: Networking the Task Folder
So, I've been hearing that folks would like to be able to share tasks in a networked environment - so I've made the changes to make this happen. It was a bit of a bear to do because tasks was one of those things that has grown quite a bit since its original inception and required making changes to almost 200+ sections of code - but I have a solution now that allows users to set in the preferences where they want their task list folder to be. If they set it to a network location, the program will use that location as long as it is valid. Otherwise, the program will default to the default task folder (so if you are offline and have a networked task folder, the program will default to your local task list folder).
Attached shows how the option is set.
