Subject: [MARCEDIT-L] Validate Headings Tool
Greetings,
I often use the Validate Tool to validate headings in MarcEditor. The Validate Headings box states the tool "utilizes a combination of web and local services"
in the validation process. Do I have to update any of these validation sources? What are the "local" services and what are the "web" services. I have searched the list archives and saw a 2015 reference to id.loc.gov. Any elaboration would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
