Thanks Andy - I hadn't seen that you could reset the page size.  This will 
be very useful for future reference.

the file you are working on.  You can try this by going to the Tools menu

need to scroll down to find a textbox labeled 'Records/Page.'  It's 
probably still set at the default 100. Try bumping this up to the number 
of records in the file you are using.
