Open Tools->Edit Subfield Data (F9)

Field: LDR

Position: 5

Field Data: [blank]

Replace with: d

Theoretically, you could set Field Data: to "." (dot, no quotes), then check the Use regular expression checkbox, and it would change anything in LDR/05; however, in testing just now, the Use regular expression didn't seem to work in this case (and didn't work with "[cp]" in case you only wanted to change records with those values. Leaving Field Data blank accomplished the same result as I expected from using "."+regular expression.
