I would have to agree with Steve, that translating to and XML file would be easier than trying to do that many records to a CSV file.

There isn't any easy way to export entire records to csv, because that is a very unusual thing to do with MARC records.  You can do it, but you would have to specify every MARC field you wanted to export.

Maybe it would be easier to translate your records to MARCXML?  I'm not familiar with OpenRefine, but in a quick look I see that OpenRefine can handle XML.
