From your reply, I now see where the Extract button is, and when I run the program with the "Automatically Correct Variants" box checked, I do indeed obtain the same results as you--the report shows which headings had issues, and the Extract button is enabled on the launch screen. However, I shied away from using that "Automatically Correct Variants" check box, thinking, if it worked as its name implies, it would change the headings automatically for me, while I expected not checking the box would allow me to review a list of the non-matches to change myself (I didn't want it to change things for me in this case, though in some cases, that would be a desired option). Without the auto-correct checkbox, the Extract button is greyed-out.
