The low-tech way would be to go to: C:\Users\{Your Windows User Name}\AppData\Roaming\marcedit\macros and copy the tasklist (it should be called: "tasksfile-" followed by a date and timestamp, and share it via email or a shared drive.
It's just a plain text file, you can edit it with Notepad, etc.
