Hi,

I have a client that would like to use https as the root OAI-PMH service URL, I was 
wondering if (a) this is strictly allowable as the standard seems to indicate only 
http but doesn't explicitly state no https and (b) if it is can I configure MARCEdit to 
use an https connection, it currently appears to timeout.
