Sorry -- I simply can't recreate this problem.  I took this file added a record to make it 201 records (to force 3 pages) and no matter how I edit the records, the resulting file stays at 201 records.  

I guess I'd have to ask if you are on the most current version of MarcEdit -- and if not, I'd update.  If you are -- you may consider uninstalling and reinstalling because something may not have been registered correctly.  There was a problem noted in the listserv earlier that would cause edits to be dropped when working with them -- and even, files to be truncated during certain conditions -- specifically using save as in the paging mode.  But to my knowledge, those issues have been corrected.  If other people are seeing something like this occurring -- I'll need specific instructions and files for recreating it because at this point, I simply cannot.
