Not sure -- I use this one all the time and so long as you set the option to remove invalid data, the data gets split up.

Subject: [MARCEDIT-L] MARCValidator > Remove Invalid Records produces modified _clean_rev and empty _err_rev files
Helpful Mr Reese,
I think I'm just doing something wrong (perhaps an old old configuration that I've long forgotten about...).
Over years, over multiple versions of MARCEdit, I have (as far as I can remember) always gotten unexpected results from MARCValidator > Remove Invalid Records with input files containing malformed records. I end up with a _clean_rev file that does not include the malformed records (hooray!) and an _err_rev file that contains nothing.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
