don't think so, I had nearly 800 ISBNs in a file (from a good source,
PubMed Central for NLM records) that returned all but a handful. Take
care to have nothing but the end of line character for each line
(don't remember which off the top on my head); it's good to be able to
look at the hex version to spot additional EOLs often added by your
editor.
