Greetings,

I'm having a terrible time trying to install version 6.2 on a
colleague's PC. It installs well and seems to work correctly, except for
MarcBreaker. This works nominally, but you have to type in the paths for
input file and output file. The MarcBreaker window does not show up when
you click on a .mrc file -- only the MarcEdit main menu window will
show. I played around with the file associations in Preferences, but to
no effect. I wanted to try the MSI Cleaner utility, but was consistently
shown the reeset.net 404 page.

The machine in question is running Windows 7, 32-bit. Not exactly sure
about the level of privs, though.

Historically, I have had no trouble running MarcEdit on XP, Win 7 32-bit
and 64-bit on my own machine, except for the "Preview" tool in the right
click menu having gone missing for the past few years -- which is a
shame, as I found it very helpful in certain situations.

Any help in solving these problems would be greatly appreciated.
