I wouldn't actually use a regular expression. If you are using MarcEdit,
open the file in the MarcEditor, select Edit/Edit Shortcuts/Change Case.
You have a lot of different options there.

Subject: [MARCEDIT-L] Regular Expression Stmt. for 852 Field
Hi All,
I'm new to this list so please bear with me. :-) I'm in a practicum using
MARCEdit for a batch cataloging project. In the 852 field, subfield "h" the
text in the subfield is in title case. It needs to be changed to all caps.
My question is: what regular expression statement would I need to use to
accomplish that change?
And let me just say that one of my practicum managers worded that for me as
I know nothing about regular expression statements, or what they are! I'm
new to all this but it is very interesting!
Thank you!
Diana
