Hm. I think the documentation has been changed. I had been under the impression that the normalization rule in the import profile is run before matching and merging, and I have a rule which expects that. My rule might work anyway, in my specific case; I will check. But it appears I was wrong, and a normalization rule won't solve Kelsey's problem. Thank you for the correction. We have normalization rules strip order data from records, and this certainly seems to be happening after matching. Are you using a workflow where you're seeing normalization happening first?
