I can't remember if I responded to this. If there was an interest in being able to export records identified in these reports -- I could certainly do that.

Subject: [MARCEDIT-L] Extract records based on material type
MarcEdit has a neat Material Type Report and it would be nice to be able to extract records based on their format (books, sound recordings, visual materials, etc.), or even sub-format (large print, kits, microforms, etc.)
In the meantime, I'm using a kludge with the Extract Record utility as a workaround, searching for text strings (cm., sound, etc.)
Thank you again for a great piece of software.
