The RDA Helper only provides pathways to the AACR2 standard terms. Large print is in the Common terms -- its outside of the process as these terms become harder to automatically discern due to levels of granularity.

Subject: [MARCEDIT-L] Editing GMDs
Hello,
I recently posted asking for help with batch editing GMDs using MarEdit. We we currently use GMDs and will be migrating two new libraries into our consortium. Their GMDs vary from ours and I want to edit them to conform to ours.
I got some suggestions to remove the existing GMDs and then use the RDA helper to generate new GMDs and edit them to conform to our standards.
I tried this with a test file of 10 large print records. I removed the existing GMDs for all 10. Then I opened RDA helper and selected generate GMD. The process completed but nothing changed. No GMD was added to the records. They are all coded correctly for large print.
What am I missing or doing wrong?
