Hi Carlos,
One way to get the date from the 008 to either the 260 or 264$c is provided in the Regular Expression Store, though it is explained moving the date can be done without using a Regex. You can use the Edit Subfield Utility.
I modified the example in the store to copy 008 7-10 to 260$c.
Edit Subfield Data
Field: 008 position 7:8
Replace: 260|c|\|
Check Move Subfield Data
Replace the text.
