Do you have the "Prompt to append" selection checked in the preferences? That might be the issue.

The past few days I've been having problems saving my downloaded records. For the first one, I will name a file, and it will save. The second one I download, I hit append, but it saves over the first record, and only the second record is in the file. I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong?
