Perhaps it depends on the server you are accessing. Have you tried others? I just tried setting the limit to 600 and then downloading from our catalogue on Koha - no problem.

Subject: [MARCEDIT-L] Upper limit to z39.50 retrieval = 104 records?

Hi there.

I've been looking through the MarcEdit documentation and tutorials and I can't seem to find anything about how many records can be retrieved via the z39.50 client. It seems that regardless of what number I put in the search option box, I can never get back more than 104 records. Is this a 'hard coded' limit? Something built into the standard itself? Or am I missing something?

Thanks for your help.

Daniel
