I am wondering if anyone has used MARCEDIT's metadata harvestor to
retrieve a set of records from PubMed. I would like to get the metadata
from Pubmed records where there is an affiliation with our institution. I
have been able to search the PubMed database and display xml metadata in
the browser, but I would like to retrieve the records for reuse.

Can I use MARCEDIT to harvest a set (setSpec as it's described in the OAI
protocol) of records from PubMed? How would I structure the arguments to
retrieve the subset?

If I can't Use MARCEDIT is there another application I can use that would
simplify my task? I'm a novice at this so any advice would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks
