So, I've been looking at the plugin to see if I can make some changes to
make it easier to support on 64 bit systems -- and had planned on making a
few other changes. Honestly, I'm not sure how many people use the plugin so
it has been high on my list but it sounds like it might be worth at least
making a handful of updates to correct a few known issues and bring the
records I pull into sync with the data expected via the WorldCat API. The
64 bit question is unfortunately much more difficult -- though I'm working
on an approach for that one as well.

I use the plug-in and I have also experienced the problem with incorrect 007
fields.
