Outside of writing a script (which you might consider if you have to do this more than once) -- there isn't going to be an easier way that just doing them one by one.

Subject: [MARCEDIT-L] adding multiple 949 tags to multiple records
Hello,
I have a file of over 2,000 records in MARCedit. I want to add 38
different 949 tags
to each of the bib records. What is the most efficient way to do that?
Right now I
have the 38 949s in a text file but not sure that helps me at all.
Thanks for any suggestions. Nancy Jo
