Somewhat related as a UI quirk, is there a reason some windows have
borders and others don't? For example, the Field Count report, Replace
Text, and Enter Task Name windows are all borderless, meaning if they
are on top of something else with a white background then the edge is
invisible. I changed the background of the MarcEditor to a light gray,
which helps if that's all I have on the screen, but of course that isn't
always the case. (See attached a couple of examples. Windows 10.)
