Hi,
I had exactly the same problem today.
I uninstalled Marcedit and reinstalled the update from the link in Terry's email and it is now fine.
(I have had to do this with previous updates, although colleagues have had no problems)

That's a malformed file format error message. Can you send me one of the files you are working with. If they worked yesterday, I can't imagine why they wouldn't work now.
