I have a large set of MARC records I would like to split up into
smaller sets. The specific criteria for the selection into a subset
would be such things as the language of a work (for example, all
records with a 546 $a field of eng) .

I don't think this is something MarcEdit is set up to do, though if
I'm wrong about that, then instructions would be most welcome.

Does anyone have some suggestions of a program or other method I could
use for doing this?

Advance thanks.
