Yes -- it just won't translate to MARC by default without the inclusion of an XSLT stylesheet. I've toyed around with adding a default stylesheet and have one for flavors of qualified DC, but that's what they are -- since qualified DC can be represented in a variety of ways, under a variety of namespaces.
But to do it, you'd set the format you wish to harvest in the Metadata Type Dropbox. This is an editable dropbox -- so if the format isn't there -- you'd use the metadataPrefix code recognized by the system -- which will be different between systems.

Subject: [MARCEDIT-L] OAI Harvest of Qualified DC
Is is possible to harvest Qualified Dublin Core using the MARCEdit OAI Harvest utility?
Thanks,
