Many of our children's materials have duplicate LCSH as follows:

=650 \1$aPets$xFiction.
=650 \1$aApartment houses$xFiction.
=650 \0$aPets$xFiction.
=650 \0$aApartment houses$xFiction.

Is there a way to use regular expressions in MarcEdit to identify
records where this occurs?

Is there a way to use the program to delete the redundant 650 \1's,
leaving just the 650 \0's?

Thank you,

Cab Vinton, Director
