Yeah, I had someone else let me know that they had run into the same problem. I've got it fixed, I just need to rebuild the setup. Since that takes me day or so, I'll post a zip file with instructions on how to update the delimited text translator to get pass this problem.

Subject: [MARCEDIT-L] Delimted Text Translator crashing was: Accessiblity change documentation
Hi Terry,
I've run into the same issue this morning. As soon as I click the
Delimited text translator option, either from the top menu or the
Add-ins tab, I get a NET framework error. The details screen gives the
following list of exceptions:
System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format
at System.Number.ParseDouble(String value, NumberStyles options,
NumberFormatInfo numfmt)
at System.Convert.ToDouble(String value)
at mglobal.SizeLabels(Form fm)
at frmMain.frmMain_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e)
at System.Windows.Forms.Form.OnLoad(EventArgs e)
at System.Windows.Forms.Form.OnCreateControl()
at System.Windows.Forms.Control.CreateControl(Boolean fIgnoreVisible)
at System.Windows.Forms.Control.CreateControl()
at System.Windows.Forms.Control.WmShowWindow(Message& m)
at System.Windows.Forms.Control.WndProc(Message& m)
at System.Windows.Forms.ScrollableControl.WndProc(Message& m)
at System.Windows.Forms.Form.WmShowWindow(Message& m)
at System.Windows.Forms.Form.WndProc(Message& m)
at System.Windows.Forms.Control.ControlNativeWindow.OnMessage(Message&
m)
at System.Windows.Forms.Control.ControlNativeWindow.WndProc(Message& m)
at System.Windows.Forms.NativeWindow.Callback(IntPtr hWind, Int32 msg,
IntPtr wparam, IntPtr Iparam)
I've tried uninstalling and re-installing MarcEdit and the problem
persists. My operating system is Windows XP Professional, Service Pack
3. This problem appears to have started with the most recent update.

Hi Terry;
I never got to the file. As soon as I click on Delimited text
translator I get the message you can see in the pdf attached.
Thanks.
Penny

Not off the top of my head, but I did make changes to the parser. Can I
get a sample file and steps to recreate the problem?

Hi Terry;
I just upgraded to the new release and now the delimited text translator
will not work. I get an 'unhandled exception' pop up which says 'Input
string was not in a correct format.'
Do you know what is happening?
Thanks.
Penny
