Yep -- it's a known issue. I had someone send some data to recreate
Friday. I'll get it sorted out.

Subject: [MARCEDIT-L] Possible bug in swap Swap Field Data function
There appears to be a bug in the Swap Field Data function. Enter any field
and subfield in Original Data and in Modified Data, and click the Add To
Existing Field checkbox. Click Process. It will work as expected, except
when the field in the Original Data is a 00x field. If the Original Data is
a 00x field, it will replace rather than adding to the existing field.
This used to work fine a few months ago. I'm not sure when it stopped
working.
