No -- I'd keep the present contextual options because I use those all the time and really am not willing to give those up.  So, you'd have two types of menu items added to the windows shell menu.  

For the files themselves, when you right click on them, you'd still see what is there.

But additionally, any time you called up the windows context menu -- you'd see the MarcEdit Shortcuts hierarchical options listed previously.  What I don't like about that is that it means that files that cannot be processed would still see the MarcEdit action options -- so, in those cases, it would be more like noise.
