Hi,
I created a simple vb file with scriptmaker so I could test it. But do
I now have to go into the vbs file and edit it? How do I get it to act
on a file and does the file have to be "broken" with MarcBreaker before
I run the vbs on it?
I've dabbled in vb coding over the years, but it's been a while. I was
looking for documentation on scriptmaker or creating macros but haven't
really found much.
Any help would be very much appreciated. I'm trying to find ways to
automate the preparation of batch files for loading into our Aleph
system. I tried creating a script that would delete the 949 & 997
fields in some records and change an 049 from UBEL to UBEB.
I hope this is the right forum for these questions.
Thanks for reading!
Tim
