Don't worry about the blank lines. When you compile the file, they will go away.

Subject: [MARCEDIT-L] Blank lines in some records
I'm trying to massage the data in about 1000 records and find that in some records there are extra blank lines.
Is there any way to get rid of the extra blank lines in a file without deleting the necessary blank lines between records?
