Not really, no. At least, not easily. You could try doing a custom sort, and essentially putting a value in the fields you want sorted first to force that sorting -- that might work.

I'm preparing to import a set of 40,000 ebook marc records which all contain two or three 856 tags. The problem is that the most important 856 tag is the one with the url to the full text item, but it is always listed last if there are multiple 856 tags in a record. Once displayed on the OPAC, the multiple 856 weblinks will inevitably display the full-text link last and each weblink cannot be labelled descriptively (an ILS limitation). Each 856 is represented by the same label, e.g. "Weblink" which is simply an image icon, and displayed in a row on the OPAC display of the brief item record as:
Weblink Weblink Weblink
Users tend to click on the first "Weblink" if more than one is displayed, and will not reach the full text link until they've clicked through each "Weblink" displayed.
I'm wondering if there is a relatively simple way to ensure the 856 full text link is always listed first in the record? For example, the record below contains three =856 tags. I would like to move the last 856 tag (=856 40$3desLibris e-book:$uhttps://ezproxy.student.twu.ca/login?url=http://deslibris.ca/ID/10045115) so that it's the first 856 listed (BEFORE "=856 40$zFor holdings see LAC's Electronic Collection..."):
