Open MarcEdit
Click Tools/MarcJoin
In the Source File, enter the output filename you want (click the icon to browse if you want)
In the Files To Join, click the icon to browse
Browse to the folder containing the MARC files
Select all the files and click Open
Click Process to execute the merge
