I tried something similar with \A[^=], & these searches work well. But
I haven't found a way to modify them so that I can search *& replace*
the offending carriage returns, even when selecting the MultiLine
Evaluation option.
The Normalize LC Records tool (under Mnemonic Formatting) seems to
accomplish this, but I'd feel more comfortable if I had a better sense
of what other changes the tool might also be making behind the scenes.
(I don't believe there's a Preview Results option w/ these tools.)
Cheers,
Cab
