Hi all

I have records where I have multiple 020's but one is just $a and the other has $a and a $q.

For example:
=020 \\$a1859733697$qpbk.
=020 \\$a1859733646$qcased
=020 \\$a1859733697

I want to have just:
=020 \\$a1859733697$qpbk.
=020 \\$a1859733646$qcased

I cannot simply delete all the 020 tags that just have a $a subfield because some records look like this:
=020 \\$a033520676X
=020 \\$a0335206751$qpbk.

In this example I want to keep both 020's

Can anyone think of a combination of steps or regular expressions that can achieve this?

Thanks in advance.
