I have found a small number (half a dozen) OCLC SpringerLink records that did not have DOI URLs. I was able to figure out what the correct DOI was for each of these records, and posted my results on the BATCH listserv. I can look it up for you if you need it.

So far, we have not found any records in the OCLC WCS set for SpringerLink which had a DOI URL for any vendor except SpringerLink, but I can't say for sure that will always be true. We considered using a different piece of text, such as the $3, to identify the SpringerLink URLs, but we weren't certain whether it was consistent enough.
