So, for these kinds of problems, if you think they are related to marcedit -- I need to see the file and exact steps to recreate it.  In my normal and testing use, this isn't something that I have seen or recreate.  So, in order to do anything -- I need to get a test file and the exact steps so I can recreate it because until I can, there isn't anything I can do.

Hello,

While editing a file of 1291 records, I did a field count and discovered I only have 704 records.

This used to happen to me frequently in the past, but hasn't happened in a while.  I am using the latest version of MARCEdit.
