As an aside, you can see what Millennium is doing by looking at your exported file in the DataExchange module (if you haven't deleted the file already, but you could create and re-export it if needed). Pull up the file list under the appropriate "Process", then select the desired file, and use the "View" icon to see the records, and specifically, the content of the 001 field(s). It might help inform your discussion with the III Help Desk.
